We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. However, if you decide to refund a product, below you'll find our refund policy and instructions.

Refund of physical products

  • You have the right to refund a purchased physical product within 14 days from the date of delivery – no reason required.
  • The 14-day period starts the day after the product is delivered.
  • The right to refund applies only to consumers (not businesses).
  • You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of refunding the product.
  • After a successful review of the refund, we will refund the full amount including the delivery cost.

Digital products (access codes)

  • The right of refund does not apply once a digital product has been delivered.
  • Before purchasing such a product, you are required to consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
  • By doing so, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right.
  • If the digital content was delivered with your explicit consent, we are not obliged to accept the refund.

Refunds for business purchases (B2B)

  • Our refund policy applies only to consumers.
  • Business purchases are not eligible for the 14-day refund.
  • Exception: if you are a sole trader and the purchase was not related to your business activity.

How to make a refund?

  1. 1. Notify usWithin 14 days of receiving the product, inform us that you want to refund it. You can send an email to: kontakt@chessgrow.com with your order number and the name of the products you wish to refund (you can find them in the purchase confirmation email).
  2. 2. Send the productSend the product to our refund address: [refund address]. Do this promptly, ideally within 14 days of notifying us. Please note that refund shipping costs are covered by you. We recommend sending the product in its original packaging or securing it properly to avoid damage during transport. Include your order number in the package.
  3. 3. Payment refundOnce we receive the package and check the refunded product, we will issue a refund. The funds will be returned using the same payment method you used when placing the order (unless we agree otherwise). The refund will be processed as quickly as possible — no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We will notify you via email once your refund is accepted and the refund is processed.
